The removeable Fosko Rod Holder mounts to 3", 2 1/2" or 2" bull bars in order to transport your rods easily & safely. When you get to the beach just pull the pin & flip the rods into fishing position. When you've caught your limit simply flip around, push the pin thru & head off. Once home pull both pins & remove the tubes from the bullbar leaving only the base attached.
